A Dining Story Beyond Borders
La Rio brings bold Argentinian fire, timeless Italian recipes and warm Turkish hospitality to one table.
Three Kitchens, One Table
Every plate at La Rio comes from one of three kitchens working side by side around our open charcoal grill.

Wood-fired pizza, hand-rolled pasta and risotto, made the way northern Italy has always made them.

Charcoal kebabs, mezze and slow-simmered stews, carried straight from the grill to your table.

Prime cuts and whole-animal asado, cooked low and slow over open coals in the Argentine style.

Why La Rio
Three cuisines rarely share a kitchen. At La Rio, they share a grill.
Our Story
Al Narjis opened first; Al Yasmin followed four years later, built for longer, slower dinners.
La Rio started with a simple idea: put the grill at the centre of the room instead of hiding it in the back. Our kitchens draw on Argentine asado technique, Italian pasta and pizza craft, and Turkish charcoal cooking, and our cooks move between all three rather than staying fenced into one. The result is a menu that shares a fire more than it shares a single country's habits.
